I went to my local Barnes and Noble in mid-Michigan on 6/6/2006 fearing the worst, that the new Ann Coulter book, despite the author having several #1 NYT Bestsellers to her credit, would be buried in the back of the store.
To my amazement, not only were there many copies on a rack prominently displayed near the door, they were given the typical best-selling author treatment by being marked 30% off (40% off for B&N Members, which I am one...it makes sense if you buy enough books and magazines).
I bought one immediately and am through the first chapter. I'd be further into the book, but I don't have as much free time on my hands as I used to.
Critique is worthless when it's nothing but invective.
I'd like to take credit for them, but they are God's words, not mine. You will eventually have the chance to discuss the issue with Him directly. I hope that by then you're ready, but it doesn't sound like it.
