Why isn't this surprising? I wouldn't expect Iran or anyone else to hide something that isn't secret or to expose something that is a secret. DUH!

Although IAEA officials do not know the precise location of Zirzamin 27, they have comprehensive details of its activities.

I'll accept something like that in quantum mechanics, as in the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principal (although like Einstein I'd still wish it wasn't so.) But I refuse to accept it in politics. UN certainty = uncertainty! Kind of like the UN had comprehensive details of Saddam's WND activities, but still has no idea where they went, when they'll be used and on whom. Although the lowest briber is a fair guess for the latter.
