Luckily I did do a search and found it and didn't duplicate the post myself. :)
Anyway, how is this sign remotely related to:
The sign may violate the city's Fair Practices Ordinance, which bans businesses from discriminating on the basis of nationality or ethnicity, Lawton said.
He's not discriminating but alerting everyone it's an english only establishment.
