14 million for fourteen acres. that's about forty home lots
Illegal Alien Squatter Ping
Rush talked about this today. The victims that they are referring to are now are called "newly arrived hispanics". They are friggin illegal aliens. They have no business even being in this country yet the hollywood liberals are defending them. I have an idea. How bout of the hollywood liberals reach in their own pockets and pay for these illegals instead of asking the taxpayers to do it?
It's a disappointing day for fruits and nuts in California.
What's disappointing is that Daryl Hannah hasn't had a lead role in a hit movie since "Splash", which is what? Over 20 years old? . As a result, she's listed in this report as : "including "Splash" star Hannah". As opposed to a more recent hit movie.
Darryl Hannah was in the Quentin Tarantino movie "Kill Bill"series several years ago. She was awesome in that film.
You can see it on Google Maps if you look up this address:
S Alameda St & E 41st St, Los Angeles, CA 90058
and use either the hybrid or the satellite view. Impressive, but if the libs want it, they have to pay the price. John and Ken said there were illegals living there (but then to them, everything is about illegals).

Which is good because they are keeping the residents of Southern California informed. Yes, there were illegal alien squatters there.
I thought it would be maybe 70-80 houses at a typical density of 6 houses per acre. The area looks pretty dense with small yards if you look at it from the satellite view. Seventy houses at maybe 500K each... that's a lot of money!
He was filling to sell for that, the squatters could only come up with 6 mil.
It's in a copmmercial area.
Oops - willing to sell. It's in the article.
on the 14 acres of privately owned land, in a gritty, inner-city area surrounded by warehouses and train tracks.
Perhaps not the place for a McMansion development.
Confirming John and Ken's comments today. They were right on the money... they had the owner on along with that whacko tree-sitter. What a circus! I hope they tear out every single plant from the "farm."
