Also Chris Cannon has a web site calling for the dismantling of the education dept.

While the person leading the jihad aagianst Chris Cannon, tom tancredo, took a taxpayer paycheck from the Dept. of Education for 12 years.

"After serving two terms, Tancredo, who had taught history at a Denver junior high school, was appointed in 1981 to head the regional office of the Department of Education in the Reagan administration. But it wasn't his credentials as an educator that interested Education Secretary William Bennett, but rather Tancredo's social conservatism and his belief that the federal government's involvement in education should be downsized. In his four years with the Department of Education, Tancredo shrunk the office staff in Denver from 225 to 60 employees."

Again, actions speak louder than words. How many positions with the department of education has Cannon be responsible for getting rid of?

So before you beleive the animus filled propaganda, do some research.

The research in #5 looks pretty solid to me. Which part of it do you dispute?

Cannon's tnacredo backed opponent many say broke the law by setting up a dummie corporation for a Chilean couple.

Cannon Reduced to Smear Campaign
First Chris Cannon lies about his record on immigration to the voters. Now his supporters are spreading lies about his opponent John Jacob, by falsely accusing him of hiring illegal aliens.

Tony Yapias, a major backer of Cannon , was looking for dirt on Jacob and hoping to find illegals employed in Jacob’s real estate business. He sent hundreds of e-mails accusing Jacob of hiring illegals. This is complete lie.

Here is the story: Six years ago, Jacob’s LDS Bishop asked his parishioners to help out a young Chilean couple who were in the US legally. Jacob gave them money and got them in touch with an immigration lawyer who arranged for them to work legally. No one is disputing that everything was done within the confines of the law.

No. Say it isn't so. Are you saying that Vidkun Dane is spreading more lies and smears about a conservative Republican candidate on a conservative forum?

Well, there he goes again:

Seems like a simplie investor visa.

If you have money to invest, you can enter the USA with the condition that you are brining X number of dollars OR generate that much commercial business value. (about 300,000 these days)

This reminds me of the late Rep. Claud Pepper who accused his oppents sister of being a practicing heterosexual.
