Thanks for the information. I think it is worth that someone in the specialized government agencies investigate this. I believe that the Iraq Survey Group (ISG) had ended their mission much earlier than they should and made premature conclusion that Iraq had no WMD or programs related to WMD.

This is quite true. At a minimum, this document that you translated shows that the ISG work was shoddy and incomplete.
