Hi Lori. Laughed when I saw the pictures of the buffalo. When I was like 12 we visited Yellowstone with my aunt & uncle and brother and two male cousins. The buffalo were grazing and there were signs all over about not making any noise. Ofcourse, I rolled down the window and yelled MOO -0-0-0-0 at the top of my lungs. They started stampeeding, my uncle (who had NO sense of humor) floored it and needless to say it was not a fun evening for me :o) Forgot all about that until I saw you picture. Thanks for the memory!

I just love Tigger and Pooh. (In fact, Hubby has finally gotten used to the idea that I MUST sleep with my stuffed animals.)
Oh that is too cute. My hubby has finally gotton used to the idea that I must sleep with these three "guys". Not bad in our king size bed at home but ugh...not fun when we're at the parents cottage in a double bed :o)

Warm Fuzzy Wednesday Poetry
New In Town
I'm moving kind of slowly, so please don't frown
Because I'm just kind of new in town
Surrounded by all these odd scents and sounds
I'm so new that my eyes haven't begun to open, dark blue and round
I don't want to stray too far and not be found!
So, I'll just mosey about in my own little space
While I slowly become familiar with this dark and intriguing place
I know that Mother is around, since I can easily sense a trace
Of her watching closely with silent determined grace
While I figure out my limits at a slow and cautious pace
There's an entirely new batch of scents that I am beginning to taste
Odd and mysterious, so I won't make much haste
As something gently brushes around my ears and chin
It feels so wonderful that I begin to giggle and grin
Deliciously seduced by the touch of my first Human!
