Probably not, IMHO Raines made it up, or he's delusional, or maybe he's lying, or he can't remember if it was FOX or CBS (Is Raines that old?) ... It seems if he knew of some instance where FOX "made it up", he would site it... Isn't that what real newsmen do?

My first reaction was who is Howell Raines. Sorry pal out here in flyover country we don't read the NYT and don't care what you think of Fox News. I love Fox News, it's the only reason I have cable.

My second reaction was that this "made up news" stuff is more liberal projection. They are the ones that have been running bogus stories not FNC.
