I don't like the law because it is punishing the person after they have served their time in jail.

What will be the next law where the government will have a retroactive punishment. This is the second time where a punishment has been added after person has served their time. Remember the Lautenberg amendment. If you had a fistfight with your brother and the cops were called back in the 70s, you have now lost your right to own a gun.


Whats next, if you have so many traffic or points violations you will lose your license.

I see it as another slippery slope.

Also, she is Georgias problem, I don't want her to move to my state.

Thanks. I chose the nic because it embodies the essence of one man using a tool and challenging a larger power. Just like any of us using the internet to challenge a larger power.
