That would do much to constrain the magnitude of damage sustained by the University - and consequently the taxpayers - when my case goes to court, as it ultimately will. It's always touching to see a Commie who has grown accustomed to pigging out at the trough of public funds suddenly see the light and express concern for the plight of the taxpayer, isn't it?

And beyond that, I was really struck by the very "un-academic" writing style of his "rebuttal." It sounds very far removed from the gravitas that I am accustomed to reading in missives penned by men of learning. It sounds, for lack of a better description, almost comic book-ish. Actually, it reminded me of Ted Kaczynski's "The Unibomber Manifesto".

I wish somebody would post the side-by-side comparison of the artwork depicting a line of Indians. This says all I need to know about the guy. It is as convincing as the side-by-side comparisons of Dan Rather's fake-but-accurate memo and the verson created by others using the software's default settings.
