Well I don't label FreeRepublic because to me it is one of the places I visit to learn things.

Regardless of the pervasive political ideology here, I find more common sense roaming its halls and I rarely come away without having read something of interest which leads me to more exploration and knowledge.

Actually I have noticed the same thing. The best part of this is that conservative books far outsell left wing books!

I was in a small bookstore last week when a lady came in and after looking around, asked the proprietor, "Where are you anti-Bush books? I'm looking for a good one to educate my mother about how Bush lies."

Even I was surprised she actually used the description "anti-Bush books."

After a few more exchanges without success, she asked "Well, you mean to tell me you don't any ANY anti-Bush books! Why?"

"Well", said the owner quietly, "I have had them, but they don't sell and I sent them back to the publisher."

I swallowed a guffaw!

At U.S. Politics Today, we thought it might be interesting to see how the right-wing media machine was doing. Not well, it turns out.

Numbers really don't matter all that much. It really doesn't matter if millions of brain dead/ socialist/Democrats/weak-thinging folks visit liberal lefty sites. Makes no difference.

The word is getting out.
