If I may, I'd like to share why I prefaced this very timely thread with North Korea's Missiles of July. Missiles that were launched to coincide with our successful launch of Space Shuttle Discovery in to Earth's orbit on the 4th of July. This is not a new Communist propaganda tactic of Diversion away from the success of the Free.
I will NEVER FORGET our watching TV Network coverage of July 1969's launch of American MoonWalkers, the world's first, to Earth's moon. At the same time we were also having to contend with a mysterious Communist Soviet Union rocket launch to the moon due to arrive on the moon a little bit ahead of ours. At the time we did not know if it was a manned Soviet Moon launch or not. In the end this Soviet Luna 15 launch wasn't a manned mission, but it sure did serve as an effective TV Diversion away from our own Moon landing success over our competitor, the Communist Soviet Union.
Same thing with the North Korean Missiles of July 2006.
And the same thing with Communist North Vietnam's constant Hanoi Radio drumbeat to the world during the entire Vietnam War that there wasn't a single North Vietnamese Army Soldier fighting in South Vietnam ..when in fact there were hundreds of thousands of them.

In other words,
...Heads of State of Free Countries cannot trust what the Heads of State of Communist countries say they will do, only what they end up doing.
The Rights of the Free should therefore take precedence over anything else.
