Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif claims that Pervez Mushrraf who was his Army Chief was planning a nuclear strike against India during the Kargil war.
The claims are a part of Sharif's official biography.
"During my post-Kargil misadventure meeting with President Clinton, I was told by the American leader that nuclear warheads had been shifted from one station to another during the Kargil war.
"I was taken aback by this revelation because I knew nothing about it. The American president further told me that the nuclear warheads have been moved so that these could be used against India.
"I was asked by Clinton why I was unaware of these developments, despite being the elected Chief Executive and the Prime Minister of the country. It was a very irresponsible thing to do on General Musharraf's part," the book says.
Nawaz Sharif, who was ousted as PM in a coup by General Musharraf in 1999, is currently is in a self-imposed exile in London.

Since India and Pakistan were ONE culture (history, tradition, etc.) for 3500 and ONLY separated in 1947, I assume that they are merely kissin' cousins.
They are the same race, ethnicity, the same people. They have ALWAYS quarrelled among themselves and were never REALLY one enormous united country until quite recently. They have 250 languages and 19 alphabets and NO common language. The language that they can use universally is, harhar, English.
However, their comprehensive roots go back TOGETHER so far and so deep, back some 3500 years, that they would never do that to each other. What held them together was Hinduism. Even Muslims and Christians know Hinduism. It's part and parcel of their entire being, inseparable from the politics, religions, values, language, customs, traditions, ethics...just everything. Impossible to parse out Hinduism from India or vice versa.
They are merely teasing us with the delightful prospect of war. They won't do it.
So we just imagined the past wars between India and Pakistan?
You do realize that Pakistan is Muslim, right? And that it's been Muslim for about 1200 years, right?
Don't count the Buddhists. They won't thank you for it.

Not current PM,but current dictator.If this is Yahoo,Clinton wouldn't have resorted to frantic talks with Sharif to end the Kargil war.Everyone knows that Sharif had little power during that conflict or at worst,any power or knowledge.India felt that restricting the conflict to Kashmir would lead to increased casualities,so it proceeded to expand it -the Punjab plains,Rajasthan & the Arabian Sea(via naval blockade).Such an action would threaten Pakistan's existence within 10 days.So it's not surprising if Mushy decided to arm his nukes.
For further proof,why did Sharif decide to fire Mush when he was on plane from Colombo & why did Mush launch a coup??There must be some reason(s) for all this YAHOOO!!

Starpr*ck, just opened up another front in this battle he gets tickles from starting. To go do some history check on Starpr*ck, he was a -30 IQ level panzee that some mad-scientist mutated into a humanoid phenotype and was then dispatched to Saudi Arabia to compare his IQ with the IQ of Arab Camels.
It turned out that he fared marginally better than the camels so he was promoted to test the IQ level of Muslim Arabs. This landed him a job with SAUDI american oil and as a side affect, he found himself having to report to some Indian manager. His promotion plumped up his ego and he forgot who he was. He tried to smoke a cigar to assert his power but his sheer stupidity meant that he was smoking right next to an oil well and blew his a$$ out into orbit. This got his manager mad and starpr*ck got fired. He found solace with a bunch of other disgruntled ex-employees who, by virtue of their low IQ had gotten fired already. It wasn't surprising that they were all madrassa bred mullahs from Waziristan, Pakistan.
This led him to go right back to school. In this case, a Madrassa where the Mullahs discovered that he was an IQ comparator-humanoid ape. They decided not to waste time teaching him the Quran and jihad and instead re-taught him to jump from one tree to another. They decided that they could call it yoga as well. And then planted him in west-coast liberal America to teach airheads who can't tell Padma Asana from Pamela Anderson.
That explains his inferiority complex, insecure nature and his mean desire to see India nuked.
