Dumbest man in the Senate. Mark Levin says it and every other week or so he is proven right. Kennedy, Schumer, Durbin et al may come up with some winners here and there but over the long haul, no one outdoes Biden.

It is so hard to choose one dumbest person. Every time you think you have hit rock bottom they find a way to get dumber.
Sometimes I wonder if we are better off when they are not in session at all.

It is outrageous and despicable. What an absolute idiot. And he'll get away with it because
a. he's a democrat, and
b. Indians are not a coddled, favored minority.
What hypocrites!

It sounds like he was trying to compliment the guy's heritage by linking his kind to all the 7-11's and Dunkin Donuts. Jame Watts had more tact when he was describing his staff.

INDIA.
he met a young man with an "India" accent and said that Delaware has the largest Indian population from India and he needs their support. Then remarked, "You can't walk into a 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts without an Indian Accent these days". He then added, " You think I'm kidding?"

And we want them to continue to be strong allies in Asia. Biden claims to have some "experience" with foreign relations! I think all of experiences must be figments of his own imagination.

Well at least they have the initiative to OPEN THEIR OWN BUSINESSES instead of trying to live off of welfare and child support like so many Liberal handout-suckers. Of course Bidden is going to be condescending. He wants EVERYONE on the Government dole so he and other Liberals can continue to get elected and protect their own "Jobs". With out those people who are unwilling to do for themselves and panhandle at the door of the nearest welfare and or child support services office, they've got no votes and so no job. No wonder he is condescending.

WASHINGTON They say the main thing standing between Joe Biden and the White House is Joe Bidens mouth.
The would-be presidential candidate proved it again on a recent trip to New Hampshire, where C-Span cameras caught him telling an Indian-American activist that Indian-Americans are the fastest-growing immigrant group in Delaware.
In fact, Biden said, You cannot go into a Dunkin Donuts or a 7-Eleven unless you have a slight Indian accent.

Only hyper-sensitive people with nothing else to get offended by get offended by this silliness. The point is that the "hyper-sensitive people with nothing else to get offended by" are very party specific when it comes to what offends them.
If the comments came from a Republican from Texas or Alabama, it would be on the front page of the NY Times in the morning, with an editorial calling for sensitivity training and Senate censure.
But from an eastern liberal, the comments fade into the ether as if they were uttered only in a dream.

The Kwik-E-Mart in Pittsburgh, across from the Westin Hotel. I think Simpsons producers tried to sue these folks but didn't get far. Have been in there--there's a pic of Apu in there taken from some Simpsons book. Note that the font in the sign is Comic sans ms, a la comic book/Simpsons...
