Assuming the WTC was actually 12 stories tall, it's built to scale. His experiment just proves that a 12 story empty cage would suffer smoke and fire damage, and the roof would be hotter than 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Not to mention that the WTC floors were not open so that the heat could dissipate---and that the dimensions were badly out of proportion.
These observations come from someone with a liberal arts background, not science or math and even I can see at least 10 different areas of mis-match.
