Vice Premier Shimon Peres called on Lebanese civilians who store in their homes ammunition for Hizbullah to vacate their homes.
Speaking to Ynet Peres said that Israel has been expecting missiles to be fired into Haifa, but "That is the aim of this operation – to prevent the continued threat on Israel by Hizbullah."

It's looking more and more as if Israel is serious about settling all the family business. They realize that this will not end until they take out the "Barzini" of the middle east, iran. Iran is a war with Israel for the same reason it has been at war with us since 1979, Israel is a beacon of hope, freedom, and democracy. That is anathema to the mullahcracy in Tehran.
It will wind down because the UN is coming, and denunciations are starting, the US and Israel cannot win this battle with Islamic cults on their own.

"Nice" is not exactly the word I'd use to describe the policies of either country in the past few years. "Stupid" or "weak" would be more accurate. Hopefully, this is about to end.
