Of course "Fat Teddy" voted against it.
The dirty little secret about "safe seats" in Congress is that the holder of a "safe seat" does not have to represent the views of the people who put him in office. He knows that he will be re-elected by people who were "educated"/indoctrinated at government schools and believe everything the liberal MSM tells them.
"Safe" means being able to just do whatever pleases you regardless of the harm caused.

Ummm. Actually I'm rather surprised. I'd have thought that Hillary would try to vote with the moderates as much as possible to position herself for a presidential run.
A vote like this might've just cost her any hope of being president.

Boxer (D-CA) Feinstein (D-CA)I've never voted for either as well.
Thing is....
Feinstein supposedly holds a SF-issued (!) CCW and both, as well as all the dims on the list, enjoy armed security services at tax payer expense.
The hypocracy is mind-numbing.
