Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame have run into a bit of bad luck in their lawsuit against Dick Cheney, Scooter Libby, Karl Rove, and ten random Republicans. CQ reader Denis K took a peek at the complaint and noticed something that I had missed earlier -- the judge assigned to the case. Wilson and Plame drew Judge John D. Bates -- and a quick glance at his rulings will no doubt have the Left fuming.

Pardon Scooter. Don't wait for the election. Do it now.
Ms. Flame-game got over 2.5 million for her book. Why do they need donations?(Rhetorical question)
I predict Wilson and Plame will be nightly fare for the fashionistas on the E! channel, sightings, what they're wearing, etc. Pics with Paris and Nikki.
This is outrageous! People who ask for help with legal expenses are defending themselves against a lawsuit or criminal charges, not people who initiate a civil lawsuit. What are they going to do, pay everyone who contributes a share of the winnings?
Citibank and Discover have virtual numbers that are for one-time use only. There, problem solved :>)
Read it again. Rezneck is the photographer.
Yep, I know. Left off the sarcasm tag. I have yet to meet a man named Beverly!
the presser at the National Press Club was more important than any court appearance to these two publicity whores and their attorneys... it's part of her book tour ;)
Mrs Wilson, why did you send your husband who has clearly no experience to Niger? Remember your under oath.
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Thanks for that link.
He misrepresented the findings of his trip to Niger, he fabricated stories about recognizing forgeries he never saw, he falsely accused the White House of manipulating intelligence, and he misrepresented his wifes role in promoting him for the mission.
Joe Wilsons false claims have been exposed, but the networks arent rushing to correct the story. Will NBC correct the 40 times it ran Wilsons claims, will CBS correct the 30 times it ran Wilsons claims, will ABC correct the 18 times it ran Wilsons claims?
Great speech. Thanks for posting the whole thing.
LOL...I am a retired stockbroker. Back in the early '80s, before the regulators made it virtually impossible to make a positive statement about an investment, I acquired new clients through direct mail with postage paid return postcards.
Some unknown person got a cardboard box, filled it with rotten lemons, probably from an orchard here in SoCal, taped my return postcard to the box and took it to the postoffice and mailed it to me.
I forget what it cost me but it was a few dollars...
LOLOL......the Wilson's at a policy meeting.........OMGoodness......that's just too funny.
No. Better that Fitzgerald is shamed into dropping the indictment against Libby -- and I've heard there's a good chance of that.
Sorry for poor Libby and his family to have to go through this absurd ordeal, of course. But our lying MSM would make such hay of a presidential pardon for Libby that in the long run, it would be bad for him as well for the whole country.
These two morons must be held accountable for all the wasted federal money, wasted time and personal trauma caused as a result of their lies and skullduggery.
Even the people in her "class" at "undercover CIA agent school" said she "dominated" the program, and there's no doubt why. Wouldn't turn my back on that one for anything.
(BTW, after Shields(?) said that tonight you saw Krathammer's wheelchair rocking back and forth with deep chorteling.
