There is no way to know for sure but if the Hezzies detected large radiation or radio traffic from the vessel it probably wasn't a fishing boat. It was a target.

I cannot see any of the pictures? Why not? They do not render in my browser ... pictures on other sites render just fine. Even some of the pictures in the comments render fine, but the original poster's pics are not rendering :-/

Notice that the IDF is hitting infrastructure; roads, bridges, runways, fuel storage depots, Hezbolla HQ.

If you are using a dial up line your computer is just taking a long time to be able to start downloading each image. If you see a hour glass when you view this post, it is indicative that it is just taking forever for each image to get cached on your system, then eventually displayed. The images should eventually start showing up. If you have a fairly slow PC to begin with, and do not have a lot of spare (unused memory...that is RAM available) that to will contribute to how long it takes for a whole html page to get downloaded into your system and then displayed.
You may be out of usuable RAM, and therefore the operating system must send all the image info and text to a temporary file located in c:/windows/temp/file_name. If this is the case it would explain why you are not seeing images being displayed for many many minutes or more.
