Three cheers for the good guys! What has become of the Democratic Party where they can nominate a pompous, liar like Kerry?

Filmmaker Carlton Sherwood says the outcome shows the suits were frivolous complaints filed by Kerry operatives to try to block the film's release in the final weeks of the presidential race. Lost another one. :-)

So it really was just a dirty campaign trick by Kerry camp! There's no way Kerry could have let this go to trial. The facts would all come out and he would have nowhere to hide or blame it on a right-wing conspiracy.

He said the suits were dropped as depositions got under way.
Gee why wouldn't they want to be put under oath?

These veterans voted for the lawsuit, before voting against it.

Sherwood continues to press his defamation suit against Kerry and campaign aide John Podesta. The lawsuit charges they conspired to block the film's release by labeling him a "disgraced journalist" and "Bush hack." The Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. canceled plans to air the full documentary on its stations before the November 2004 election.

I think the same scenario will happen with the Plame suit.
I hope the judge throws the book at them for a frivolous lawsuit.
