Lebanon is not yet a party to this fight but is actually a bystander wit the government making noises and gestures to try to appear as having some relevance. Most actual Lebanese are probably hoping for HB to be chased out of the country with Israel then withdrawing but remaining a credible threat to HB so that HB doesn't come back. That is as of now. Who knows how it will be tomorrow?

All that being said the few Lebanese women I knew while in college were beautiful!

My ex had a cousin that married a Lebanese woman (Christian) that was stunning. They then had a daughter that grew up even more beautiful than her mother.

I tell you what my friend, some of the best folks I have ever met were Lebanese. 90% were Muslim. They all came from working class or lower roots and they were sent to the US by the thousands to study Engineering, medicine, technology etc, etc so they could rebuild Lebanon.
One ended up as my roommate, many others ended up living on my dorm floor and as such I meet hundreds of them.
They all got along even though they were of as many different Muslim stripe there is.
They studied hard, learned English quickly, loved to laugh, loved to make friends ( they took friendship very seriously ) and were very loyal. They also drank a lot of beer.
They quickly made friends with many Lebanese outside the Boston University campus which mostly included Lebanese Christians.
I could go on and on about these great folks but basically they were the type of people you would want as neighbors and friends.
One of the deepest compliments I ever had was when my roommate, Ali Mohamed Munzer told me he thought of me as his brother.
I sure miss Ali and hope he and his family is well. I sure do think of him as my brother as well.
