My former house in Moorpark is visible from the back patio area. Used to spend LOTS of time at the library. My wife and son are down in Simi this week and were at the library this morning (and saw you guys!). Me, I'm just enjoying sitting here keeping cool by the lake in North Idaho.

5:30 update : The group of 20 Freepers just went to the Elephant Bar and Grill (we thought the elephant part was appropriate) for dinner and found that a group of 40 college Republicans have made reservations at the same time so the groups have combined for a very fun evening.
Unfortunately for me, my wife got called to work so now I'm stuck at home only 3 miles away with 2 hot kids (because we have just had our second two-hour brownout in two days)

I am so jealous! We thought about going, but then my hubby fractured his tailbone! (yes, I have done all of the jokes, but he is in pain!) We missed the support rally for Israel too! Boo Hoo.
