I am trying to get a reasonably priced digital top set box for a friend for their birthday. He would not bother to subscribe to cable or satellite but he will be pleased to be able to receive the extra digital channels through the top set box.

This is interesting. I wonder if the bill states that residents have to abide by size restrictions? Displaying the flag is one thing, have a huge flag draped over your balcony and past that of your downstairs neighbor is something else.
