Confidential to the hezzies: if you want to make it look like you are the civil authority, cordon off buildings in a blast zone until safety checks are performed. Oh, you say they were performed? Assuming the IDF is correct in the timing of the attacks, the next question is why wasn't the building evacuated before its collapse.

Reasonable people know the bolas set this up. We all know the arabs lie constantly.
Unfortunatley, most of the world won't believe Israel even when the truth is spelled out for them. They will believe what they want to believe.
Israel really needs to stop worrying about what everyone else thinks.
