Charlie Crist Let My Daughter Die

As most Americans know, on March 31, 2005, my daughter, Terri Schindler Schiavo died of starvation and thirst after having her feeding tube removed by court order. The sad chain of events that concluded with Terri’s death ignited a media firestorm nationally and internationally. What few saw or heard was the callous inaction of aspiring governor Charlie Crist.
Florida Atty. Gen. Charlie Crist let my daughter die. He had it within his authority to save her life, but he turned a blind eye to her suffering. Even worse, he worked to ensure her death.
Terri lived in a neurologically compromised state for reasons that are still unknown, and my family wanted nothing more than permission to care for Terri for the span of her natural life. We were denied.
My daughter tenaciously fought for her life for more than 13 days after being deprived of the most basic, natural and constant need that we all share—the need for nourishment—food and water. Terri was not on a respirator, nor terminally ill. She was not dying, nor succumbing to a dreadful disease. She was disabled. She was dependent on others, but still very much a life, a woman, and a person.
Over the course of several years, our family, our lawyers, and our friends pleaded for help from local, county, and state police and regulatory agencies with constitutional and statutory authority to investigate the many sworn statements of extreme abuse and neglect suffered by our daughter.
Hoping to save my daughter’s life, our family sought the help of Attorney General Charlie Crist. Not only did Charlie Crist refuse our family lawful access to the assets of his office, but he violated his oath of office by actively cooperated with those in positions of political and judicial authority whom denied us legal access to the police and regulatory systems meant to protect the weak. Multiple sworn agents from responsible police and regulatory agencies who found probable cause to investigate allegations of abuse in Terri's judicial and physical care, were ordered to shut down those probes. This heavy-handedness made us powerless.
Information of direct interest to Attorney General Charlie Crist's office was directly delivered to his personal hands, and he refused to properly execute the duties of his office. And it was with deliberate decision that he failed to attend a scheduled Tallahassee meeting with our family. On another occasion, we approached each other by chance. Upon recognizing me, Charlie Crist abruptly stopped and walked away.
That callous action encapsulates Charlie Crist. He walked away from a man whose daughter’s fate he controlled. At that moment, he turned his back on Terri. And he turned his back on the most fundamental duties of his office.
It is quite clear that Charlie Crist, to this day, has demonstrated no public affection for the cause of life, or Christianity, or any set of core values. He has been posturing to become governor for decades. With each voting audience he has crafted a message based on the expediency of the moment.
To add insult to injury, at a recent banquet, our alleged pro-life candidate for the Governor of Florida said the following about Judge George Greer and other judges involved in the death of my daughter, "You are heroes to all of us, and your defense of the judiciary and what is right is beyond admirable."
Through his actions, Charlie Crist has demonstrated that he has no regard for our most vulnerable citizens, the high duties of public office, or life itself. Charlie Crist’s celebration of the merciless judges who condemned Terri to death speaks to his true character.

Well, Florida, do we need to know anything more? Crist is NOT the man to replace Jeb. Tom Gallagher is looking better and better every day.

That said, people on the political right can overplay their hands every bit as well as people on the political left. Robert Schindler is coming dangerously close to becoming a mirror image of Cindy Sheehan.

Did we ever learn who it was that tipped off George Felos, and subsequently the hospice, that a team was on the way to remove Terri from the hospice and take her into protective custody?

The fact is that those supporting Crist are doing so because he wears the sainted "R" label. Were he to switch to Democrat -- and I know he cannot now at this late date and still run-- he would be denounced by his current supporters.

• Terri was never on a ventilator. Her only "life support" was assistance with food and water at mealtimes—something she might have overcome with therapy.
• Michael Schiavo and the court denied access to more than forty medical professionals, doctors, and neurologists who believed Terri had not been properly diagnosed.
• Terri could recognize her parents and respond to them, attempting to speak.
• Terri was so healthy that it took 13 days for her to die—even without an ounce of food or water.
• A Florida death row cell would have been safer for Terri than her hospice room since you can’t starve a convicted criminal, or even an animal, according to Florida law.

I have been intimately close to the Schindler family for more than 3 years. Their motive was not, is not profit. The motive was and is a love few will ever understand. They dedicate every waking hour today to helping other families facing similar situations across America. Strange, the night Terri was asking for a divorce she is found face down on the floor her hands clutched up under her throat. I could, might write a book on the felony criminal fraud, and what was to have been a most of a million dollar theft of her rehabilitation and guardianship accounts with the corrupt help of a right to murder for money judge. The woman was NOT in a persistent vegetative state, that is a law of the case lie. I have witnessed the official court videos, and listened to the several audio recordings of her interacting with her environment, and know personally the people who had access to and interacted with her. She was aware of her own existence. In the moments before her natural food and natural water, natural gravity feeding tube was viscously slice from her belly, Terri Schindler Schiavo screamed for her life. As long as there is breath in my body I will be working for the indictment of a judge and a state prosecutor on a charge of first degree murder, and a variety of lesser charges for those others who facilitated murder.
Quality of life?
By whose standard? Yours? Other "professionals" deciding for me whether they are going to treat me, care for me, or MURDER ME? May God have mercy on the souls of those who in their superior wisdom put people to death who wanted to live. One day a major story of murder in a hospital setting in Sarasota will hit the headlines.
A quick story.
There's a young man in Rochester, NY I've gotten to know by telephone. He was in a coma for some months about 4 or 5 years ago. As he lay in his hospital bed the doctors stood there with his mother explaining that with medications he would die in 3 days, that if he lived he would be a vegetable. She was outraged. She stood with him, protected him. Today he walks with a limp, speaks with measured difficulty -- but he has a job working for an office products company, owns a car, has his own apartment, and at age 22 he has a life in front of him -- AND HE WANTS TO WORK to help others in danger of being murdered by health care professionals. The doctor standing there proposing medicinal murder, the young man lay there terrified, listening to every word. Do you want to hear other stories of people surviving doctors and nurses trying to murder their patients?
Terri could hear every word. She had the ability to discern between those "professionals" who loved her and wanted to take care of her, and those aligned with a "quality of life" culture of professional murder.

I don't know who tipped off Felos but Debra Bushnell, Death-At-Law showed up and personally guarded the entrance door to Hostage Woodside. It was probably at that time they were tipped off and even though the place was surrounded by swat team, Sheriff, FBI, Pinellas Park PD, Wackenhut, et al, Bushnell felt that it was necessary for her to guard the front door. They weren't ever going to shoot her, their weapons were aimed at us for almost two weeks.

As Fla AG, Crist had a duty to defend Terri's Civil Rights, not to conspire with his judicial friends back in Pinellas County to starve and dehydrate an innocent woman to death.
Crist was involved up past his eyeballs and for him to say to the media that he "was staying out of it", that only meant, staying out of helping Terri. He most certainly LET TERRI DIE.
If you study Pinellas County politics, you will see a machine that makes Chicago's Daley machine look like amateurs!
CLAY ROBERTS, Crist's advisor spiked Terri's investigation for somebody. Was it for Crist or was it for Judge Greer and Judge Shames?
It appears that as a reward for helping quash the Terri investigation while she was alive and well, CLAY ROBERTS is now Crist's advisor. Will Clay Roberts get in a Crist cabinet as a reward for burying a file full of evidence against the husband and the judges? I hope not because Clay Roberts is part of the machine.
There is a missing DCF file with Crist's fingerprints on it. The problem is that Crist said he never saw a DCF file re: Terri. So, somebody like Crist who will lie once, will have to keep lying because as many believe, Terri's murder was state sponsored homicide and Charlie Crist helped bump her off.
If Castro or his brother Raul get out of power in Cuba, I'd rather have a businessman making trade missions to Cuba than Crist who would keep Cuba for his special interests. Cuba still wouldn't be free if Crist became governor. His friends would take over.

I admire their decision to help others, to have plans for the future to build safe houses across America for others who are in the sites of the death cultists.
I started helping Terri over the legal abominations and others started helping Terri due to their faiths.
We all came together for whatever reason and in her memory, we will fight the euthanazi's. They don't buy into natural death. For them, it's about letting judges, lawyers, and bad doctors killing people. Charlie Crist let them kill Terri. CRIST LET TERRI DIE. She's from his County but then again, so is Judge Greer. He chose the blind sheik judge's politics over Terri's life. FV

Crist lying in this ad about Florida being safe. It wasn't safe for Terri. Florida Attorney General CHARLIE CRIST let her die. CRIST IS NOT PRO-LIFE or a fair leader. He violated his oath of office, Florida and the U.S. Constitution.
The death cultists have friends in high places in Florida. Give them the boot!
