Crist most certainly did. A Federal Judge asked Crist for a memorandum, a green light on the Constitutionality of killing a disabled person and Crist gave the Federal Judge a green light. The killing began in earnest thanks to Charlie Crist who is from Pinellas County, Death Central for the United States.

As Fla AG, Crist had a duty to defend Terri's Civil Rights, not to conspire with his judicial friends back in Pinellas County to starve and dehydrate an innocent woman to death.
