What was the ethnic composition of that grand jury? Did it have to be unanimous NOT to let her walk? Incidentally, Bush got single digit support in the 2004 elections in DC. 35% there is not African-American.

Racist, violent, extremist, yes. What we don't talk about too much is the fact that she is a moron. You could put her on the Howard Stern show with the strippers that have to answer questions like who was the first president. She'd lose.

Does anyone believe that McKinney will sue??
My question is quite simple, why the hell doesn't the police officer sue her for assault with a deadly weapon (the phone, not her mouth), defamation of character, and pain and suffering?? I think he has the perfect case. It would blow her chances of being voted back into office straight to hell. Is the police officer being "told" by his superiors not to sue??
What do other people in here think??
