It was a nice turn-out for Jeffers, who's running for the 47th seat to the California Assembly.
When Ann arrived it simply lit up the room. Imagine that! From what I have been told about what Jeffors once did for Ann when she was in a debate in a hostile environment, this was a very nice way for her to have returned the favor.
In attendence also was our Jim Robinson, accompanied by his own retinue. This was one of the few times I've had to speak with Jim in person, but the tumult circulating from the vicinity of Miss Coulter just about made that futile. Yes, it certainly was a nice thing for her to come out for Jeffors.
It was delightful to see Ted Hayes there too. If I got it straight, he's working for Jeffors' campaign. Ann especially seemed delighted to see Ted. I think this was the first time they'd met. Anyone who's ever met Ted knows what a charmer his is, so I'm sure he said just the right thing to her.
I had to leave earlier than most when one of my kids called unexpectedly for me to pick them up from the train station.
Syncro was taking a whole bunch of pictures, so I'm sure he'll post them here after he gets them sorted.
RonDog with some help from Genevieve Peters will provide a better run-down later.
