Eleven Egyptian students who were supposed to travel to a Montana university after flying to JFK airport late last month disappeared in New York, spurring federal authorities to issue a nationwide alert, officials said yesterday.
The students - who were traveling with six classmates from Mansoura University in Egypt - had their student visas revoked for failing to show up at Montana State University in Bozeman, the officials said.
The other six students made it to the college.
"The FBI and ICE [Immigration and Custom Enforcement] would like to locate these 11 students in order to speak with them," said FBI Special Agent Richard Kolko after the "be-on-the-lookout" alert was issued to all police in the United States.
Kolko said there is no reason to believe the missing students, all men around 20 years old, represent a threat.

Well....we are. We continue to put up with "homeland security" that is more and more insecure every day. In airports, little old ladies and infants are wanded...meanwhile, 11 so-called "students" are doing gawd knows what and our "security" agencies can't find them.
Why? We already know the TRUTH.
When the sleepers get their signal..we'll get OURS as well. ICE can just stand around with their fingers up their collective behinds and watch real Americans take care of the problem..

But what if we took significant amounts of their younger generations and brought them here and indoctrinated them in our fine Universities? I'm sure if they just got to know how horrible we truly were and how everything is our fault (well, not everything, gotta save a rasher of greif for the JOOOOoooossss), and how all human suffering began in 1776 and can be directly traced to Republicans in particular and America in general, I'm sure they'd all go back and speak well of us...
The US government could easily put out an APB with their pictures. They did after all have to show their passports when they arrived.

BWHA-freekin'-HA. And how shall we identify these *non-suspect, no photos, no profiling, no description, non-judgemental, religious tolerant* persons of interest? And how can we locate what cannot be described?
How would you propose to accomplish this?
And what's amusing is that not having their pictures out there is going to lead to far more people profiling because people will be on the lookout for anyone who looks middle-eastern and will be tempted to call the police whenever they see a group of them, whereas if the pictures were out there people would know exactly who to look for.
PLEASE. Do NOT attempt to connect dots. Leave that to the *professionals*. You know, the ones who cannot give out descriptions, but can tell us to be *on the lookout*. I am holding my Lutheran Church Directory in hand. Just in case the FBI ever needs info on those pesky Lutherinians.

If another 9/11-type attack occurs before this November, the Republicans can kiss their seats goodbye (pun intented). Pelosi and the Nevada funeral director will hold hearings, and all the blame will be on Bush and those in charge for this "failure".
