I'm afraid this is an attempt to paint Israel as an agressor toward Blacks....specifically ...Afro-Americans??!!
It was one of the Pali "leaders" that was quoted a while back, as saying he could not understand why all African-Americans did not support the Palestinian cause.
This may be follow up on that take.
As to the picture, I want to know why the blue robe on the person behind him is draped over his right shoulder?!
