Maybe that is the reason the U.S. was not releasing too much info on these men, and making it sound like there is no terrorist threat - not wanting to tip our hand that could of interrupted the investigation by Scotland Yard on the UK connection.

I'm very late to the posts on this one, been watching it at work all morning. Major congrats to Scotland Yard on preventing these terror attacks. I have an unsettling feeling there's still more to be done than meets the eye, than is being reported. I hope they get them all and go 'Jack Bauer' on them.
