It occurred to me, as well as to many others, that there's a lot going on that appears to be related. Other events simply bring up the questions of whether there is more going on than what we can easily piece together at this point.
So I made a map and will update as events unfold. Perhaps we can look back and have a better idea at the connections between a plot in Britain and cell phone purchases in the US.

No conspiracy theory here, just keeping track.
Sometimes, visuals do wonders. Thanks.
This is a great idea..and thanks!
It looks like a world war.
Wonderful idea.
Great job.....thank you
Thanks - hope this helps.
I sure hope the authorities can connect the dots!
Excellent idea. Thanks for doing this. Weren't there arrests in Canada and Miami recently?
Great work! thank you for your time and efforts, did you get the arrested 3 arrested egyptian students in Des Moines last night?...:|

Some reports say that an arrest on this border cracked this plot to blow up planes. A couple of months ago a predator targeted a terrorist meeting in the area. Were getting close, I think.
Besides, dems have consulted their tarot cards and know that bin Laden will be arrested just before the midterm elections. The cards did not warn them, though, that Israel is about to find Iraqi WMD's in Bekka valley. :)
Nice work! Thanks for the time you put into this.
Americans need to wake up and pictures sometimes do speak louder than words.
The wireless device, called a trac-phone is at the center of the local terror investigation.
The cellular system is providing an anonymous way for insurgents overseas to help plot out their plans.
"Trac-phones, cell phones, it's nothing more than a roadside bomb."
Mark Tilton works for the Washington County Sheriff's Department. He also served a year overseas in Iraq where he faced hundreds of roadside blasts, all created with wireless devices like cell phones and trac-phones.
"I was a platoon leader...we would constantly come in contact with roadside bombs. We'd either find them or get hit by them."
The phone as a whole isn't used to make bombs. In fact, in many countries overseas, including Iraq, cell phone service is rarely availalbe.
It's just the barebones of the device that help create a huge blast.
"They've got someone who is pretty smart...They tear all this apart and just use the guts inside here...no display nothing like that, take a wire out from where an antennae would be."
The wire acts as the receiver. Somebody else, maybe miles away, can dial the phone's number and instead of a ring, it sends a signal to blow.
Tilton says the wireless activiation is the only method he saw being used in Iraq two years ago. He says it's difficult to find the person behind the blast and on the other line.
Not even the battery on the phones are used, because often the bombs are planted, but left for a few days. A phone battery would die, killing the bomb.
In the local investigation, trac-phones may have been chosen by the alleged terrorists, because they are cheap and no service plan is required upon purchase, it's just the phone.
Bookmarked, and thanks!
LOL! Can you imagine the Lib whinning if OBL is captured this fall! It would be priceless! (crossing fingers)
Nope - saw DesMoine this AM and will do an update - thnaks.
Keep the scoop coming.
Have you got any info on Miami and Canadian connections?
They would be fit to be tied! And Rove would be the most cursed man in leftiedom.
Good work!
I think the Bekka Valley thing has been just waiting for discovery!!

Now you get it.
That doesn't count the reports thought of as nothing (even though anyone with common sense knows they're not... example, i'm buying 1000 phones three at a time (with a laptop for hundreds of stores),for $20 to sell for $38, even though I take them out of the package... separate the batteries and charger, and people still by them), CAIR screams, ACLU screams, the remainder of the wall and judges.
They're trying to install a worldwide Islamic rule. This isn't about Israel or Iraq; Israel could leave tomorrow and it still wouldn't explain every terror attacks all over the world in other countries. In Spain, they're still (seriously), plan on taking it back and are in the process as far as Cordoba, Salamanca and other places.
The sooner muslims find out they are serving satan and not God... the better.
ping for perspective.
Thanks for the link TG! Chilling isn't it! Wake up liberal America!
Why don't you try this (Al Q only keep in mind)

Worldwide Islamic Terrorism Since Sept. 11th

I would think you'd include Sudan; Kenya/Tanzania; Philippines; Paris; Madrid; and Indonesia to start with. Let's not underestimate the issue here.
Yep.
Just heard on the "Larry Kudlow Show" WABC in NY that the young Muslim men taken into custody in Michigan, with Trac Phone's will be charged today.

I just did a quick search here. I'm sure there are more articles on them.
Good Show!!Thanks!
However, there is no orange dot over New York.
I just heard on MSNBC that the FBI is investigating a large purchase of cellphones in MICHIGAN. I did not hear what city.
Doesn't there have to be some kind of power source for it to receive any signal? Perhaps they're using some other type of battery for the IED?
Where did you get this.
Thanks for the terrific links. Definitely puts everything in perspective.
"The cell phones can be used as detonators. Batteries can be disassembled and used to make methamphetamine. Obviously there's something wrong here," Caro Police Chief Ben Page said.
The men told police they were buying the phones, which cost about $20 and come with a charger, taking them out of their packaging and selling them to a wholesaler in Texas for about $38 without the charger.
But remember, according to the libs, dems and SCOTUS this is NOT an international conflict, as per Hamdan
Sure
- great leads - some new ones I had not found - more cell phone collections by rather youthful mideasterners.
It's a mess sorting thru some of the stuff with some stories reported by town, city and country, so lots of google map research going on here.
Keep it coming.
I thought of this last night while I was having computer problems and couldn't get on line, and it kept me awake for quite a while last night.
Cell phone story coming up on Fox in a minute.
Reading down through the thread I see that others have thought of this prior to me, which is a GOOD thing. I would hate to think I was the only person who thought of this.
Good job, turbocat!
Bravo! You have nailed it! The amount of devastation is unimaginable and I understand why you were kept awake last night! As I said in my previous post, I hope the Fed's connect ALL the dots.
Batteries can be used to make methamphetamine????????? Is that true? Something to do with the lithium? And people are so worried about keeping Sudafed behind the counter in pharmacies?
From Wikipedia:
"Lithium batteries and methamphetamine labs
Unused lithium batteries provide a convenient source of lithium metal for use as a reducing agent in illegal methamphetamine labs. Some jurisdictions restrict or limit the sale of lithum batteries in an attempt to help curb the creation of illegal meth labs. However, the heavy demand for lithium batteries for use in modern, current-hungry devices such as digital cameras conflicts with such restrictions, and they remain controversial. For example, in Wal-Mart stores the limit of sale is four packages of lithium batteries (three in Missouri). [8] Rechargeable Ni-MH batteries are overtaking the disposable lithium batteries since they are more economical."
