Plane-Bomb Bottles Found
New York Post ^

British cops investigating the airline bomb plot have reportedly found scores of bottles that had been filled with the components for liquid chemical bombs in outdoor garbage bins. The bottles contained liquids including peroxide, which can trigger an explosion when mixed with other chemicals and ignited with a small spark, Britain's News of the World reported today. The newspaper also reported authorities had uncovered 30 other radical Islamist murder plots - and that among the airline bomb-plot suspects were a mom-and-dad suicide couple who planned to take their baby with them on the mission. Eight of the suspects are believed to have been due to take bombs on the planes, the newspaper reported. In addition, the plotters included a woman believed to be one of the organizers of the planned atrocity - and that hours of covert video and audio tapes reveal the bombers reveling in how many innocent victims would die.

radical Islamist murder plots Why do they continue to use such anemic phrases? Islam is murderous to its very core.
The phrase is redundant.

That was my thought yesterday when I learned that one of the plotters was apparently going to take her baby on the flight. These people (and I use the term very loosely here) seem to almost worship death--there is no sense of humanity among them.

As far as the suicide family...tears, just tears for them, the child, and their very souls.

Among those held are Cossor Ali, 23, and her husband Abdula Ahmed Ali, 25, who were arrested at their home in Walthamstow, east London, in the early hours of Thursday.
Their six-month-old baby is being cared for by grandparents.
The source went on: "The actual organisation of the group centred very much on a young woman."

HOURS of covert video and audio tapes reveal the bombers revelling in how many innocent victims would die.

Meanwhile anti-terror cops are investigating claims that five men who made chilling martyrdom videos may be linked to the plane plot.
The videos, found in Pakistan, are believed to have been shot in Britain. The were planned to be shown, in typical al-Quaeda syle, after the suicide bombers had gone to their deaths.

Mother and father team planning on taking their baby? Why are you surprised? I've been waiting for this for years. That's why I don't see why airlines are allowing baby bottles aboard. Even asking parents to take a sip out of bottles wouldn't faze this couple since they knew they were going to die in moments anyway.

Mother and father team planning on taking their baby? Which is why allowing baby formula onboard as an exception to the no-liquids rule was rather odd. It's not like blowing up their own baby would stop them, so they could easily use babys' bottles for components.

The bottles contained liquids including peroxide "Peroxide" is a chemical adjective. There is no such chemical as "peroxide." There is hydrogen peroxide, acetone peroxide, aluminum peroxide, etc.. But "peroxide" by itself is like saying "I found a bottle of yellow."
When this whole story broke, and it became clear that some cookbook chemistry was going to be involved, I waited with a chuckle to hear the journalist chowderheads try to tackle a subject you just KNOW none of them passed in high school!
If you want a laugh, just listen when some former cheerleader or kegmeister expounds on a complicated scientific subject. Imagine Katie Couric giving a lecture over Special Relativity in between breathless announcements about Tom Cruise's new baby. Or Chris Matthews trying to explain the laser enrichment process for uranium. These people didn't understand Inspector Gadget, and they're trying to pass themselves off as informed questioners.
I once saw a reporter ask Richard Feynman, the physicist, exactly what it is he did. Feynman's look was a hilarious mixture of pity and opprobrium. He finally told the guy to go get a doctorate in theoretical physics, and then they'd talk.

Good muslims are taught to hate us infidels and Jews the same as the islamofascists, the latter having the guts to act on their teachings and the former happy to be safe, but sympathizing with the terrorists.
There are no good muslims, not as long as they're taught to hate.

I don't think Onyx will mind my repeating the following which she posted last evening on the Dose:
"From IBD's "Vindication"
Stopping this scheme relied greatly on assistance from Pakistani intelligence, and let's not forget that in 2004 Sen. John Kerry's presidential campaign charged that Bush "undermined democracy" in Pakistan by working closely with Gen. Pervez Musharraf, the Pakistani president who came to power in a 1999 coup. Bush's association with Musharraf now looks priceless as a tool in this war.
Kerry also accused the president of "taking his eye off of Osama bin Laden" and not keeping "deadly focused on the real war on terror." But under Bush's and Blair's leadership dozens of terror plots have been thwarted. This latest was only the most spectacular. "
My comment: Let's not forget how hard the libs have worked to destroy this country.

People who have no conception of the Holy Bible and, its teachings can't visualize how Satan and his demons can inter into the souls of mankind.
Jesus, on many occasions had to repudiate these demons from
people.
The present times we are now facing, is nothing but the fulfilling of the Bible.
The only peace in this present age can only be found in trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Another article yesterday said (per a UK government official) that this airliner-liquid bombs plot was only one of 5 or 6 major plots that were currently being investigated/surfeited. And the apprehension/publicizing of the arrests does not mean this current airliner-liquid bombs plot is completely foiled.
The article did not give any details on the other major plots.
The airliner-liquid bombs plot has had arrests in Pakistan, UK, 40 in Italy. So, it was apparently a global plot.
One of the article about the massive number of recent cell phone purchases in the US also had 'global' implications. No details of the 'global' implications were given.
The MSM and lib/dems try to treat each 'event' as a separate and unrelated occurrence. They may be separate, but they are all part of an overall war directed against the Western world and the Western infidels (us).
