AP Circles the Wagons Around Green Helmet Guy It’s utterly surreal.

The Associated Press does a full court press, supporting the man they now call Salam Daher with a multimedia presentation packed full of distortions and outright lies: A Grueling Task in Lebanon.

They show this image right up front

Then,they show him again, with the same poor child, this time, withithout his hat, vest, etc. and they imply he is carrying her from the rubble.

Now, a similar shot to the first

Finally, they show the first image again

I still don't get it... If the child was found 'under rubble', wouldn't the body be completely covered in dust? Also, if the child was dead, wouldn't the limbs be limp? If rigor mortis set in already, why does the position of the arms move between pictures?

The picture by the ambulance shows dried blood on the corner of the child's mouth. The full face picture by the rubble doesn't have it.
