Sure war is dumb until you consider the alternative. Obama suffers from taking freedom too lightly. We don't have freedom today were it not for spilled blood from soldiers gone by. From the time this country was founded until now we would not have freedom unless men were willing to die for it.

BUMP to the rafters. I will say it until it no longer warrants saying (and that day will not likely come in my lifetime. We didn't gain our independence from the British by "asking nicely". And we don't KEEP our freedom by "talking".

Do NOT underestimate this guy. People in Illinois seem to love him. He's their "rock star." I know people who are conservatives who don't care about his political leanings at all. They just think he's a nice guy and ARTICULATE (which seems to trump just about all things). They'd vote for him in a heartbeat, even though he doesn't believe in anything they say they believe in.
