Just using some logic.. Besides, last time I checked, Israel is in the middle east, they could be affected by the radiation fallout and they are our allies..

I'm sure he'll join you on LP.

Bwwwaaaaaaaah, Ya big baby! Quit your crying! Just because someone says something you don't like, doesn't means they're going to get banned! IF I say something wrong then I might be concerned about being banned, so in the meantime, mind your own business. The next time we need a thread nanny, we'll call you!

I agree! Isn't logic wonderful? Too bad we can't hand out "logic pills" to some folks around here. ;)

No, the person may have been due to different reasons...

Your response makes about as much sense as I expected. I didn't ban him. The Mods did. I don't have mod powers. Take it up with them. Meanwhile, I'm still sure the troll will join you at LP.

And yes I'm completely disregarding your other comments. They are absolutely irrelevant to the subject, AS usual.

Yes logic is wonderful.. I have an idea for the nuke'em crowd.. If we do nuke the middle east, I think we should have them go over there and get the oil.. If they don't mind the mutations....

Seems to me the only one crying is you, NRA2BFree. And, fyi, none of us banned that person, so perhaps you should take your arguments to the mods.

I'm willing to be that most, if not all of them, would decline if they were offered the chance to be the one to push the big, red button. LOL

That is true.. Mostly talk no action. I'm sure there are some activities that are going on that we don't know about, probaly due to the media not reporting it nor the administration is telling us. If I recall correctly, some details of the battles after WWII, has not come out for sometime. Also to think just dropping nuclear weapons on the middle east is wrong. We would have to drop some nukes on Malaysia and I think China is near Malaysia.. I don't think they would like having nukes going off near them...

Yes. I can't imagine that people actually expect, nor should they, to be privvy to what is going on behind closed doors at the White House and the Pentagon. Unfortunately, there are far too many people here who are making comments about President Bush not doing anything, or not doing enough....when in fact, he's more than likely pretty damn busy these days, doing many things.

Also, I think some of the "nuke 'em", and "kill 'em all" posters are trolls who are saying things to see how many FReepers will agree with their hateful talk. If so, it's sad how often some of our FRiends are falling into their trap.

Would it not have been more painless for us and the "peaceful Muslims" to have fought this and had it over with without the PC garbage that's been a part of this mission?

A year ago I'd have nodded and agreed with you but we've had plenty of "not terrorism-related" attacks here in the US since Iraq.

They are STILL attacking us, here in the US, just not on the grand scale of 9-11.

Our enemy's rhetoric is stepping up and they have the victim status down pat. Our leadership SEEMS to crumble to it.

We should have and still NEED to bring these creeps down to their knees fast.

It's my opinion that the only thing our enemies understand is quick and sure power.

Can you please explain to me why we're dragging this out?

IMO, the longer it goes on, the more time radicals have to propagandize and lure "peaceful Muslims" into believing what they spew.

I just don't see any evidence of what you are talking about.

As for your leadership, they are doing just fine thank you very much. Especially the military leadership and I seriously doubt the Washington types are getting in their way any more than they were when I was there, DURING AN ELECTION YEAR in 2004.

No need to scream at me.

Mine is the voice of frustration that you're hearing among many.

You don't see evidence of what I'm talking about? Terrorist attacks here at home?

We should tell the Iraqis that we are done(behind the scenes of course) and give them a year to hold onto what they have been given, after which we leave. If they cannot hold onto the new found freedom, we walk. If after they stabilize themselves, they want us to stay, we will stay as long as they wish. Put the onus on them, no other nation can deliver what they need, which is the will to determine the right path.

As they are already doing a lot of their security, I don't know how well that would work, especially if we are going to be trying to continue to work with the Iraqis.

I don't understand the apprehension on this forum sometimes. We are WINNING. We are putting terrorists in the ground by the bushel.
