If anything more is revealed about Crist's plans or his record, I'll post it on this thread but we pretty much have him pegged. It's clear to me that he's not who he says he is.
After watching the democrats debate last night, I'm convinced that Tom Gallagher is the only candidate who can take on either Jim Davis or Rod Smith. Jim Davis is just like Crist imo and Rod Smith is fast talking lawyer and he really got on my nerves after awhile during their debate last night.

It's pretty much useless to debate with these Gallagher freaks, who refuse to even recognize Gallager's past...you know, when he was adamantly pro-choice, anti-Gun, anti-voucher, using drugs as a state rep, cheating on his wife, and involved in multiple ethics scandals. Anyone who knows anything about Florida politics is endorsing Crist, because they know about Gallagher's pathetic past. That's why groups like the NRA, Florida Medical Association, Associated industries of Florida, every major newspaper, and every major law enforcement agency have already endorsed Crist.

I cannot help but think that attacks on the judiciary have eroded our system of justice in the eyes of the public to such an extent that people now believe that death threats against judges are acceptable. Everyone is a critic. Everyone is an activist. Your opinion on an issue is the only one acceptable. Examine recent history, surf the internet and survey television news shows, and C-Span. Vitriolic and acrimonious criticism of court opinions concerning elections, the Lord's Prayer, the 10 Commandments, and right to life issues, among others; criticism of legislation concerning insurance claims, lawsuits against doctors and businesses, class action suits; criticism of criminal sentencing and of jury verdicts have reached a crisis level and bombard the public through every media outlet including the internet. Knee jerk reactions, insults and threats are the custom of the times. Differences of opinions have become bitter and personal rather than topics of discussion on which Americans agree to disagree.
I agree that this is a crisis that needs to be addressed. Regardless of each individual's political affiliation, we need to promote and insist on a code of conduct that above all encourages respect for all persons, for the rule of law, for separation of powers, for freedom of expression and religion and for our institutions regardless of individual views on and commitment to the issue involved.
As a 28 year member of the Florida Bar, I heartily endorse the actions of the Bar and FLABOTA.

I hate collusion, don't you? Instead of protecting judges, they were mandated to protect people like Terri Schiavo. Oops, their bad.
The really sick part was that Terri was still alive when they were trying to figure out a way to protect themselves. While Terri was alive, it was their MANDATE to protect her, not the people who were torturing her to death!

You are off your rocker, foolish, misleading and just plain wrong.
To begin with, I've stated 5 times in this thread that Gallagher himself says that he was moderate until he had a child of his own. Since 1998 he's had a stellar conservative record and is the only candidate that's supported any conservative causes (he's actually supported all recent conservative issues).
However, even when he was a moderate he was never for fag adoption, fag unions, illegal immigration and reckless spending.
Right now he's the only guy who's not an out and out liar and isn't running around saying one thing one day and another the next.
It seems from your post and those of other Crist supporters that support for Charlie Crist corrupts the soul.
I honestly find your posts some of the most offensive on the board, second only to those of MonroeDNA.
I can't believe I'm saying this but you're making me miss decent posters who just happen to be wrong like Happy Valley Guy.
