LONG BEACH, Ca., Aug. 21 /Christian Newswire/ -- His Nesting Place, a pro-life home for unwed mothers will be featured on FX Networks "30 Days" program this Wednesday, August 24th at 10:00PM.
Morgan Spurlock, producer of Super Size Me, sent his video crew along with pro-choice activist, Jennifer from Atlanta Georgia, to His Nesting Place for 30 days. During these 30 days Jennifer lived in the home under the same guidelines as any pregnant woman in a crisis pregnancy situation would live.
Jennifer was required to help out around the home as well as volunteer at the crisis pregnancy center ran by His Nesting Place. She was also asked to spend some time out on a public sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic to participate in sidewalk counseling, although Jennifer did go to the sidewalk adjacent to the abortion facility she refused to engage in any counseling efforts.
Directors of His Nesting Place, Pastor Al Howard and his wife Judy are available for comment to describe what it was like to have a pro-choice woman living in their home amongst the other women their for help.

Although they say they are not Pro-Abortion, they can't bring themselves to try and prevent one. Pro choice my @zz.
So she loitered instead? Doesn't sound like a real "30 days" experience to me.
Please FreepMail me if you want on or off my Pro-Life Ping List.
Isn't the Home for Unwed Mothers Bill Clinton's favorite charity? No, on second thought, it's the Home for Wayward Girls.
There need to be more homes for unwed mothers. It will help more unmarried women decide to keep their babies alive. It's walking the walk.

Hopefully if more unwed mothers have "safe place to live" they will be less inclined to abort their babies or allow them the be abused after they are born.
But that was about 30 years earlier.
Heck, the home may not have been in that location, either, but it's the same organization. They've
changed the name from "Home for Unwed Mothers" to "Family Center".
Actually something worth watching. Maybe. I'll be curious to see what, if any, spin they give it!
BUMP! COMING ON IN 5 MINUTES NOW
pro-choice chick is already feeding them b/s like (we offer them options besides abortion like adopttion)
Don't bother. It's nothing but Pro-choice propaganda crap.
I can see that now. I'm yelling at the TV. I know better than to watch stuff like this. She's taking the wonderful work these people are doing and attempting to make it look ugly. Shame on her.
Spurlock is a Michael Moore wannabe, I wouldn't trust him to present the pro-choice position fairly.
She's comparing the pains of labor which results in a new life to the negative painful effects of abortion? Gee, why is it then women will say the best day of their lives is when their children were born? ...because they ain't saying the best days of their lives was when they had their abortions
Summary: put a pro abortion activist in a pro life environment for 30 days and have her poison the minds of unsure young moms.

Best pain I have ever gone through! Hope to experience it again at least one more time. I hate the passing of time and the thought that some day I won't be able to anymore. It's very depressing!
I watched the entire program. Jennifer is like so many deceived women and men, she has chosen (that's the real meaning of choice, to choose what to believe) to believe what the abortion pushers and democrap party have been spittling out for thirty plus years, that the thing in the womb is not an alive human being. The only reason Jennifer could give for this belief is 'I don't think it's a person yet'. She did not want any science on the subject and she certainly didn't want to face the truth of her choice, namely, she chose to kill her alive unborn child so she could have the life she wanted, free from responsibility for her behavior that resulted in pregnancy. There is none so blind as she who will not see. The entire thirty minute episode was designed to denigrate pro life and raise pro choice to the level of the only reasonable position. Michael Moore wannabe indeed!
"She has obviously CHOSEN not to have an abortion, so what to do you think is inside of her now?, because she is calling it a baby like most expectant mothers"
I would then continue on and ask:
"But if she decides two minutes from now to have an abortion, why would it stop being the same baby from two minutes ago?"
I suspect the entire effort was designed to aid in blurring the issue, to aid the demoncrat party this election cycle. The disgusting thing is, it will work, because the American people have been successfully dumbed down on the reality of human life in the womb.
It is ugly!!! Those posters are disgusting and young children walking down the street shouldn't have to witness those kinds of things!! This is not what a month or 2 month old (which is when the majority of women abort a pregnancy) aborted fetus looks like. Their tactics are wrong. Jennifer's right, they are very confrontational and their approach is all wrong.
as an adult adoptee that really ticks me off. Although adoption can be a wonderful experience for all concerned most often it has been a terribly painful experience fraught with physical and mental abuse and leads to life long identity issues with the adoptee.
It certainly shouldn't be considered a comparable option to a loving birth mother.
Her behavior?? I didn't catch the very beginning of the show but how do you know she wasn't raped or something? What if she was raped by someone that had HIV? Should a child that may be born with this disease be brought into this world?
If you look at the stats for PP-hood abortions, the images belong right in front of PP-hood because what happens inside in the way of abortions ARE being done to children just like the pieces parts in the bloody images. Truth really sucks, doesn't it!
welcome to FR....
so let me ask you- if someone is raped they then have the right to create another victim and KILL?
I smell ozone, honey....
Abortion is ugly.
Too many people want to pretend it's just a "procedure."
And welcome to FR.
Just give yourself a late late term abortion if you are unhappy.
They'd be creating a victim by bringing them into this world with a terminal disease and being loaded with all kinds of drugs for their entire life and probably have a messed up life.
Adoption is not cake, but it's better than death.
Are you saying that this is what a month or 2 month old aborted fetus looks like?
So because the child might be born with HIV it's better off dead?
What about any other disease or disability?
Why don't we kill babies that have HIV?
It's not just a procedure. It's a very hard decision to make. There are so many factors that have to be weighed. It's not just like "Oh, I have a weird looking mole on my back, I'm going to get it removed" I'm sure there are some women out there that use abortion as their method of birth control but I'm sure that is not the majority.
It doesn't have to necessarily be a hard decision. It can be a snap decision, and it will happen just as quick anyway. There is no going back.
And if you end up sterile because of a decision you made as a teenager? Too bad.
Kinda wish you'd not killed the only child you'll ever carry? Oh well. Too bad, so sad.
Because it's too late. They've already been born. They are just going to have to live a miserable life filled with drugs, doctors, and hospitals.
No, sweetie, I'm saying that the images are true to the age of the children being slaughtered in PP-hood abortuaries. Are you saying that if the percentage of children slaughtered is less than fifty percent for children older than two months from conception then it needs to be ignored?
You are pathetic.....
If YOU have a disease and think it is so horrible you want to die- have at it sister- but you don't get to CHOOSE for others.
there is NOTHING more extreme than DEATH... do you GET THAT?
YOU are the extremist.
how many other people should we start killing off that have horrible diseases?
instead of sending drugs and money to African nations plagues with AIDS, do you support just killing them?
I am the LAST one you want to debate with on this topic sweetie.
and the pictures- THEY ARE ACCURATE!
you are a militant death troll... the worst part is your target is innocent unborn children, and you hide behind a lie of COMPASSION....
you REEK of a black and dishonest soul.
but its not better than being raised by a loving birth mother.
Do you know how many women in this world have had abortions and have had plenty of healthy children after doing so??
Too late? Why? If they would be miserable anyway, it should be okay to kill them after they are born.
You can't always get what you want.
huh?
so just one abortion is not birth control?
oh geeez....
I'm sure there are plenty. But did they know the risks?
I didn't.
you and your "ifs"
kill IF......
"Because it's too late. They've already been born."
wow- no fascination with death there, eh?
Only the women who've had four or five abortions are "evil." Cuz that's just going too far. (/sarc)
(Maybe in a pro-choicers eyes, 4-5 abortions equals one baby?)
There's risks in everything we do. Walking outside is a risk..you could be hit by a car. Eating a piece of chicken is a risk...you could get the bird flu and die...whatever!!
yes they are just role models of morality aren't they?
egads....
