They aired the German TV clip of Green Helmet at Qana last week and tonight they covered the atrocity that wasn’t. Is that why they’re known as “Faux News”? Because they’re willing to look critically at faux news that Greg Mitchell is only too gullibly happy to swallow?
Kudos to Zombie, of course, and to the forgotten man in all this — Dan Riehl, who was blogging the ambulance hoax as far back as August 1.

I couldn't agree more. Greta is a waste of air time and The Grapevine is always good, just too short.
It's to the point that a good, quality story or editorial from the MSM is a total suprise.
If Fox had a 1/2 hour grapevine and invited bloggers to input, it would be the best thing ever in news on TV.

This hoax is huge. It is what it is. It's on the record. It will not go away. So many news outlets have perpetrated the hoax that is what makes it The Big One; that their propaganda shaped public opinion -- some government officials and the UN too. The MSM should be exposing Hezbollah for its bald faced lies and intent to grossly abuse the MSM.
The MSM will not come clean for their willing participation in the hoax to lie, spin and deceive their readers, viewers and listeners. A few media outlets may make thinly veiled attempts to acknowledge their errors. None will admit to being willing participants. Too bad for them because the public will not believe their apologies -- err, excuses -- any more than they believed that a "Monica" (BJ) isn't sex and that "it depends on the meaning of is," excuse.
Dan Rather's "memo-gate" and a slew of MSM lies and deceptions are enlarged because of this most currently exposed hoax.
The question is: does the MSM know they are taking themselves down but know of no alternative route to escape their sordid past that is pilling up on them at accelerated pace. In other words, it's a snowballing effect and are they so incompetent as to not know the escape route? Soon they will be shooting nothing but impotent blanks.

The MSM, if rational, could save itself, quite easily actually, from its downward spiral to worthlessness. Some outlets will do that at some point. But by and large, they are not rational, they are hyper-partisans, in the same mold as the DailyKos and Michael Moore, they just try to hide it gbest they can under that crumbling, phony veneer of purported objectivity. Being such partisans, it is more important to bring down America, trradition, our founders and all that America stands for that is good and strong and replace it with the socialistic state. They don't veven know (most don't), but they are still genuflecting to Marx. They see themselves as agents of leftward change, not as reporters of facts.
It is exploding in their faces as we speak. And it is only a matter of time until they collpse completely.

I could see some breathtaking political commercials made from these photos.
What does a doctor do when after the fact he learns he he has given a patient a misdiagnosed prescription? He immediately contacts the patient and gives them the correct prescription.
What does a auto manufacture do when it learns a run of cars has rolled off an assembly line and out to the dealerships with faulty break pads or a door latch that may malfunction? It sends out a recall.
What does a manager do when he realizes that she gave her subordinates the wrong time or place for tomorrow's meeting? She contacts each subordinate to give them the correct time and place for the meeting.
What does the MSM do when it makes an error by giving its customers/audience erroneous information. When a newspaper does acknowledge its error it prints the correction on Saturday -- the least read paper of a daily -- burring the correction on page A2 beneath the fold at the bottom edge toward the gutter. When they print a correction they do it in such a way as to inform the least number of readers as possible. It's a CYA that they hope nobody reads to gain the correct information.
What does that tell you about their intent? Their SOP (standard operating procedure) is to not get caught. With that as part of their premise they have ensured they'll fail. It's the same in politics -- don't get caught. The whole voting for the lesser of evils thing is becoming increasingly passé. For voting for the lesser of evils still begets evil -- Hobson's choice,
I agree, they would let the lie stand completely if they had the choice.
Thankfully, there are some non-evil GOPers still around, enough to keep the party from a complete collapse.

That you are even asking that question answers it, IMO. We need to work harder at educating the public and those in our government. Free speech is one thing, subversion and out right treason are another.
There were pro-terrorist rallies in a number of cities on or about that day. You really have to dig to find coverage of them. Mostly it is in cyberspace, but still difficult to find.
