Come to the National VFTT Boot Murtha Rally Sunday, Oct. 1st in Johnstown, PA Rally Location: Cambria County War Memorial Arena, 2 p.m.

If you're considering going and spending the night, book your room now! The Max Cleland groupies that are rallying the day before aren't simply there to counter us. They're also trying to fill hotel rooms before we do.

It's a step up from McDermott but nothing to write home about. Michael Messmore is running against him and I've got my fingers crossed but Baird is pretty well entrenched. Baird plays the pork issue to the hilt.

There is one thing you need to know. If you show up at the pro Murtha rally on Saturday you will encounter the beer fueled union brotherhood. Be prepared to either take abuse or fist fight. You may not have a choice on the fist fight part.
