Bush is shot by a sniper in a scene from Death of a President. This is the dramatic moment when President George Bush is gunned down by a sniper after a public address at a hotel, in a gripping new docudrama soon to be aired on TV.
Set around October 2007, President Bush is assassinated as he leaves the Sheraton Hotel in Chicago.
The footage, shot in the style of a retrospective documentary, looks at the effect the assassination of Bush has on America in light of its 'War on Terror'.
The 90 minutes feature explores who could have planned the murder, with a Syrian born man wrongly put in the frame.
A spokesman for More 4, which is due to air Death of a President on October 9, said: "It opens up the door to examine the state of affairs in America at the moment and how the War on Terror has been viewed in the US.
"I don't know what response it will get from America but this is an intelligent and thought-provoking film."
The film will premier at the Toronto Film Festival in September and was written and directed by Gabriel Range.
Now just imagine the furor if a film was made depicting the assassination of President Clinton.
This one will probably be cheered by the MSM.
As much as I hated Clinton, I would have railed against something like this involving even him. Unreal.
This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!
I think this is disgusting and it could really backfire on the media and dems.
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got til it's gone?
Sure that isn't spelled "Moore"?
A new low...who'd have expected it...
This has been going on long enough. It is past time anyone who threatens the President is jailed for life if not hung.
This city has it's admirers throughout Ontario. On the other hand it has a considerably number of "haters".
Does Toronto deserve a bit of a boycott this September? (Laughs). Anyone that purports to portray the assassination of a living figure in our democracy, is a thoroughly nasty piece of work. Sure, go ahead, use free speech, rant on, but this is verging on a criminal act.
If this is a Canadian film, there's not a blessed thing any American law enforcement can do about it.
My biggest beef is that this may be giving people on the Left more ideas. There's probably a lot of lefties out there who would love to put a double tap on the President and damn the consequences.
This will surely provide inspiration to nutjobs across the land. If the lefty wackosphere thinks Bush is the most evil guy on the planet, then there's a logical next step. I'm actually amazed it hasn't been attempted.
I'm filming a pseudo documentary that supposes John Kerry fell into a zoo enclosure and got raped by an amorous gorilla. I know it's in poor taste, but it opens up a debate about where this country is headed.
Oh my Gosh!!!
This needs to be talked about all over so people can see for themselves how whacked out the liberals have become!
BDS. Coming soon to a theater near you.
A Howard Dean Joint
I would love to give the filmmaker a steeltoed beatdown
Maybe not. Hello.....President Cheney.
Another low class\no class move by the lefties. Will they never get tired of being world class pukes ???
How about doing the same on someone who really deserves assassination? Like Castro, the Ronrey guy from North Korea, or Osama Bin Laden?
