According to KIRO TV, a National Guardsman, in uniform, was walking along 38th street to a convience store when a SUV pulled up him and asked if he was in the Military and if he had seen any action. When the Guardsman said yes, the driver pulled a gun and jumped out of the vehicle and began shouting Liberal insults to the Guardsman. 4 people exited the SUV and as a group attacked, kicked, and beat the Guardsman calling him names such as "Baby Killer".
According to the Police, The Terrorist were driving a black Chevy Suburban-type SUV. The driver is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, heavy build, short blond hair, wearing a black T-shirt and jeans, and armed with a handgun. The vehicle's passengers are described as white males, 20-25 years old. Some of the suspects wore red baseball hats and red sweatshirts during the attack.
There is an offer of $1000.00 reward for the capture of these Left-Wing Terrorist.
This is how tolerant the Left-Wing is. This is the Legacy of the Democrat Party and the Propaganda being put out by the Michael Moore's, CBS, NBC, ABC, Newspapers and Liberal Politicians who like Murtha, Clinton, Kennedy, Pelosi, Reid, Gore, Schumer, etc.. the list just goes on. I think these Liberal Terrorist need to be hunted down and Tried and Judged as war criminals.

I really question the authenticity of this story. I have a real feeling that there is something else at work here, some angle that is not being made clear. It seems just a little too convenient, but perhaps I'm just being paranoid.

I'm with you on this. I've been hearing and reading about this all day and something doesn't sit right. IMO it was prolly just a couple of thugs out to prove how tough they were. The epithets were just thrown out to give themselves "justification" for the assault. I seriously doubt that they were "war protestors" as Hannity is saying right now or even liberals. Just run-of-the-mill street punks who prolly don't even know who the President is.
That being said, if caught, I think ten minutes with this soldier's unit in a locked room would be just about right.

In wartime lots of 'gray areas' are wiped away and scum like those men are quickly rounded up and executed.

I was in ROTC in college. Got this from a lib professor when I had the misfortune to have my uniform on in his class, "Oh, Mr. MWT, you're in the U.S. Army? I had no idea you were a baby-killer."
Complained to the Dean of Students and actually got an apology (and a transfer to another class).

I agree with you...ironic...but, why does it happen and, more importantly, how can it be solved???
Can we question these guy's patriotism? Or if dissent is patriotism, wouldn't violent dissent be even more patriotic, indeed the ultimate in patriotism?
Solving it my way would burn up a lot of ammunition and is illegal. Many would argue that I was wasting perfectly good ammunition. Seriously, a good start would be closing down "colleges and universities" that insist on brainwashing rather than educating these kids barely smart enough to "graduate" from high school.
i agree, but much of what sustains the colleges and universities is our tax dollars through our elected officials and/or gifts from allumnists.
how do we solve this? what can be done without wasting perfectly good ammunition to solve this? what can i put on my list-of-things-to-do tomorrow to start to turn that tide?

And if this was 5 white soldiers attacking a black civilian, just imagine the headlines.
Even if it turns out the victim is embellishing to cover his arse, the PI and the Times would be claiming HATE CRIME HATE CRIME HATE CRIME HATE CRIME.
If he was a gay black victim, it would be above the fold in the NY Times, WAPost, and every other rag.
