I think it's rather easy to judge the airline in this case, as their employees were responsible for the deaths. Nothing much rational in your reply, name calling, imaginings, etc. Don't really know how to respond to that.

An update. The lawyer who files the first Comair lawsuit is
Stan Chesley. As you may recall, Stan made international fame with the isocyanate case of Union Carbide at Bhopal, India. When Clinton visited Cincinnati (something like 15 times) during his two terms, he always stopped by Chesley's house to pick up a check. Stan is so successful in his Democratic Party endeavours, he was able to purchase a U.S. District Court judgeship (Southern District of Ohio) for his wife, Susan Dlott, a former partner with Greyden, Head and Ritchie.
