Intelligence analysts are urging a heightened awareness by citizens of the US and Canada, especially within the transportation sectors, schools, and in locations beyond those cities commonly named as potential targets of al Qaeda attacks.
1 September 2006: In classic al Qaeda fashion, As Sahab Productions, the media (propaganda) arm of al Qaeda announced yesterday that a new video featuring the terror group's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri along with Adam Gadahn, also known as Azzam the American (or Azzam al-Amriki), will be released shortly. The message, reportedly titled "An Invitation to Islam" is causing concern among intelligence analysts in the United States and Canada, according to our friends within the intelligence services inside both countries.

Yes, I understand what you are saying. It is just that I don't know very many people personally that would say the U.S. Govt was responsible for 9/11. In fact, I've never met anyone who believes that. Maybe I'm just living a more sheltered life.

I certainly don't think that 9/11 was a "Bush Plot", but I certainly do wish that on 9/12 he'd have set aside his 'open borders' agenda and secured the borders. If a successful attack happens by terrorists who have crossed the borders, Bush will be held accountable for that decision, and rightfully so. That he has left us so vulnerable is inexcusable.
I think you are right -- they have something major planned. That they are offering an "invitation to the world" must mean that they are planning attacks in more than one country. No doubt attacks on America and Europe. I hope I'm wrong.

I wish that were true,but I'm afraid we (as a society, not Freepers) would call for revenge and justice for about 2 weeks, then calmer (sarc) heads would prevail, the Aclu would start talking about terrorists rights and the left will warm up their guitar strings for Kum by yah again.
This country no longer has the belly for war. Only a very strong President who doesn't care a whit for polls has kept the WOT going this time. I do not believe the next President will have the same qualifications. Sorry to be the pessimist, but that's the way I see it.. Even Israel has lost the belly to take it to the bad guys.
