The New DNC/Drive by Media Talking Point is "Rubber stamp."
Various observations | 9/4/06 | self

Did anybody watch any of the cable nets today? I watched a few minutes of MSNBC and CNN which is rare and I noticed the new talking point coming from the different talking heads and the reporters was the word rubber stamp. The new startegy for the Rats apprentely is to label any Pubbie running for reelection as a rubber stamp to GW Bush and his policies. Keep your ears open for that in the next few days. I bet Rush picks up on it for his show Tuesday.

Type in rubber stamp into a Google search and see how many times it comes out in news stories about the election. And the Rats and the Drive By media say they don't work together?

Rubber stamp? They may get a lot of Pubbies elected with a line like that. After all, who wants to be a Pelosi stamp? Algore stamp? Kerrystamp? Peewe Herman stamp?

Rubber stamp = Howard Dean lackeys - far, far fringe leftist. Listen to their mantra ... withdraw from Iraq, health care, gas prices and the environment. All the current crop of wannabe dem representatives are rubber-stamps for the socialist-left as headed by Dean.

So if they all say, "Rubber stamp," what does that make them?

Wonder what NEXT week's "talking point" will be when this one goes over like a lead Taepodong...

When RAT headquarters sends out the daily talking points, it's not unusual to see RAT pols and RAT reporters run a phrase into the ground. Remember "gravitas"?

I heard the phrase at least three times last night from Democrat candidates on Fox's Special Report. It definitely is the new "phrase du jour". Do the Dems really think that we are stupid enough not to notice? It's funny how they are always accusing Republicans of doing what they actually do.

I guess that the Dems have moved on from the "failure" talking points?
