Ralph "Bucky" Philips will be featured on "America's Most Wanted" this weekend. The reward cache is $10,000.00 higher thanks to a donation by the Pennsylvania State Troopers' Association. And on September 11 one of New York's finest will be laid to rest.

FRY the SOB.........what a worthless PS............and there are people supporting him? Aiding and abetting him........they deserve the same fate.
The men of my family are all retired (in the case of my grandfather, deceased) but coming from 3 generations of NYPD.........I have no use for the killers of cops.
My prayers are with the family of the man murdered in cold blood. That man was a hero every moring he donned that uniform.
To the lowlifes hiding the scum that did this, may you rot in Hades.....

Last I heard the reward was at $225,000.00, which would make it now at least $235,000.00. Not exactly chump change. I'd turn him in in a heartbeat and donate the money to the trooper's families.
