Kerry calls for Dems to rally around pulling troops out of Iraq

BOSTON —Sen. John Kerry is calling on Democrats to rally around his plan to pull U.S. combat troops out of Iraq by next July and redeploy some to Afghanistan.

The Massachusetts Democrat gave a speech this morning at Boston’s Faneuil Hall.

On the eve of Congressional mid-term elections, Kerry says Democrats must propose a new direction to defeat terrorism.

He said Bush “pretends again and again” that Iraq is the central front on the war on terror, but Kerry said it isn’t and “never has been.”

Kerry says the military commitment in Iraq weakens the United States’ ability to respond to threats in Iran and Afghanistan.

Me thinks he's had a little too much of the Heinz catsup. Gone to his brain.

I would like Mr. Kerry to expound on his conclusion that the war in Iraq is weakening U.S. ability to respond to the threat in Iran.

Because I presume he must be referring to our ability to respond militarily to the threat in Iran.

So I am presuming Mr. Kerry is going to support military action against Iran should, in the judgement of the Commander in Chief, such action become necessary?

Or would that, in the view of Mr. Kerry, be yet another "wrong war at the wrong time?"

IOW, is Mr. Kerry supporting military action against Iran before he doesn't support military action against Iran?

Help me out here, John. And, BTW, why the long face?

Click on Image to Watch 2 Mb .wmv Video of Kerry saying the reason for invading Iraq was 'Not Weapons of Mass Destruction'
click the Image to watch the video

If you have the bandwidth, here is the LINK to the better, longer and larger video. This is a 3:35 long, 4 Mb .wmv Video.

If you want the entire video, it is over 12 minutes long and is good quality, so it is 24.7 Mb in .wmv format. Click HERE. This is good stuff.

John Kerry is a lying, vacillating, slithering traitor.

That a creature like this came so close to the Presdiency is a disgrace.

That Massachusets continues to re-elect this bufoon and his inebriated, treasonous sidekick to Congress again and again is a sad testimony to the intelligence of some Americans.

Kerry is a member of no organized political party. He is a Democrat. The Democrats wanted Lieberman to be Vice President of the United States just two years ago. Today Lieberman has been thrown overboard. By the way Mr. Kerry, you are polling about 12 percent as choice for a Democrat nominee in 2008 -- do you really think you can rally your way out of a wet paper bag?

"Not Kerry again. This guy's voice reminds me of grim death with all his doom and gloom. He really needs to pi** off!"

Kerry is that first belch in the morning after a night of drinking tequila and eating hot wings.

Remember when Murtha first started blammering about cutting and running and J.D. Hayworth finally said, okay, introduced a bill on it and said vote for staying or going in Iraq and then STHU.

Only about 2.5 Rats had the courage/stupidity to actually vote for cutting and running.

So what makes Skerry such a political genius that he thinks he can rally even just the Rats to this point of view?

Oh, I forget that he did serve in Viet Nam.
