What! That makes no sense, even if we accept the hypothesis of a warmer world, it would be a warmer, wetter world.
Sea levels rising, more water vapor in the air, less water locked up in ice caps.
In all past warm events, the world was wetter. ( and more productive!)
This was my first summer in the NW, and it was spectacular indeed! I even caught my first 20 lb Salmon a couple of weeks ago!

Let's hear it for "green" roofs in the city.
Also, why don't more stores put tree lanes in their parking lots. They usually do that in Miami, and I helps a lot.
