Hamtramck used to be a Polish enclave when I was growing up back in the 60s. The best bakeries and delis around. I am drooling thinking back about it. Now the Hamtramck city council allows the Muslim call to prayer to be blasted over a loud speaker five times a day.
Why does the Detroit area have the largest concentration of Muslims in America? Proximity to Canada? Lack of adequate governance and plenty of politicians & bureaucrats who are willing to look the other way while bad things happen? The Muslims of Dearbornistan have been growing in power for at least the last 30+ years. They used to broadcast Saddam's speeches right over the regular tv station all in Arabic. My Dad & I would watch it and say what the heck is going on here? Are these people for us or against us???? I still don't know the answer. Are the Muslim people living in Dearborn for America or not?
