Home Depot pisses me off too...I've been wrangling with them over some patio furniture I ordered online that was delivered damaged back in June.

I have been told no less than three times that a refund would be posted to my credit card within three days...it never happens. I still have the damaged furniture though...

Maybe I should fire up the SUV and go for a spin...
